Food, fun and festivities set for ESU End of the Year Bash on May 12

Emporia, KS (05/08/2026) — Emporia State invites the larger community to join those on campus for a celebration! ESU will host the End of the Year Bash on Tuesday, May 12, from 5:30 to 7 p.m.

Local vendors will line Kellogg Circle for an evening of food and family-friendly entertainment, including a junior disc golf course, axe throwing by the Axe Shedd, music, yard games and inflatable attractions featuring a cow bouncy house.

The first 500 attendees who check in will receive an $8 voucher that can be used at any food truck vendors in attendance. Those scheduled to attend include Queen Pins, Traci's Shaved Ice, Chi Em Eats and Wagon Wheel.

The Memorial Union Bookstore will have its Game Day Trailer onsite with ESU merchandise available for sale.

The End of the Year Bash is free to attend and welcomes students, faculty, staff, families and the community.
