'All You Can See Buffet' features student work at ESU art galleries

Emporia, KS (12/01/2025) — This December, the Eppink and Gilson Galleries, located in Emporia State's King Hall, will feature an art exhibition called "All You Can See Buffet" created and organized by ESU Art Program students. Each work is chosen by the students to highlight their individual area of concentration, including ceramics, glass, painting, engraving and more. This special exhibition teaches students how to exhibit their own work professionally while bringing a unique opportunity to see exciting new presentations curated by students.

Students exhibiting include Deborah Burgess, Nick Collins, Zach Dyer, Mayra Campoverde, Sydney Hickman, Michael Kidwell, Kalia Keosybounheuang, Destyni Meadows, Haruto Oikawa, Adrie Powell, Katie Rankin, Abigail Spellman, Caden Stucky, Bryson Wiedmer and Ayden Young.

The exhibition will be on display Monday, Dec. 1, through Thursday, Dec. 11. A reception will be held Friday, Dec. 5, from 5 to 8 p.m. as part of the Emporia First Friday event. Regular gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Following "All You Can See Buffet," no exhibitions will be on display until the spring semester begins in January.
