ESU Library escape room returns with Minotaurthemed challenge
Emporia, KS (04/10/2026) — The popular escape room series from ESU University Libraries and Archives returns from an adventure in space to drop participants into a recently unearthed ancient chamber. The new challenge pits adventurers against the mysteries of the labyrinth as they try to stay one step ahead of a bull-headed beast in "Escape the Minotaur's Maze!"
The escape room launches Monday, April 13, and runs through Friday, April 17. Hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.
Sessions start at the top of each hour. Teams can have up to five members. All are invited to participate.
The cost is $5 per player and is free for ESU students, faculty and staff.
Sessions must be booked online in advance at emporia.link/esubookings. Payment will be accepted at the door.
