ESU Campus, Foundation Holiday Hours & Year-End Gifts

Emporia, KS (12/22/2025) — The Emporia State University campus, including the ESU Alumni Association and Foundation at the Sauder Alumni Center, will close at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24, and reopen at 8 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 2, 2026.

Gifts to Emporia State University may be made at any time by mail or online at emporia.edu/give. In-person gifts may be made at the ESU Foundation, 1500 Highland St., during regular business hours when the university is open.

If you have questions or need assistance with a year-end gift while the university is closed, call 620-341-5440 and leave a message. Staff will check messages at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on business days Dec. 26-31 and will contact you to assist you.

Year-end giving reminders:Checks must be postmarked by Dec. 31 to count as a 2025 gift. Online credit card donations may be made any time before midnight Dec. 31 at emporia.edu/give.
