Tana Kern Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Tana Kern of Meriden, Kan., has received the William E. (Bill) Kimble Biological Sciences Scholarship, ESU Hornet Scholarship, Helen I. Price Scholarship and Donald and Lola Douglass Scholarship for the 2011-12 academic year at Emporia State University.

Scholarships are helping almost 1,400 Emporia State University students attending classes this academic year. The 2011-12 allocation of scholarship awards, at $1,836,727, is helping support the educational dreams of students in Kansas, 18 other states and 10 foreign countries.
