Suzanne Gonzalez a Candidate for Undergraduate Degree at Emporia State University

Suzanne Gonzalez of Emporia, Kan., was a candidate for undergraduate graduation from Emporia State University during commencement exercises May 18. Gonzalez earned a bachelor of arts degrees in modern languages and literatures and crime and delinquency studies with a minor in business.

More than 600 students were candidates for undergraduate degrees.

Commencement speakers included Tim Emert, chairman of the Kansas Board of Regents. The commencement address was delivered by Dale Cushinberry, a member of the 2012 Emporia State University Distinguished Alumni class.
