Sophie Adams Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Sophie Adams of Council Grove, Kansas, received the Marcia J. Welch Memorial Scholarship and Scotchy and Mildred Harkness Educational Scholarship for the 2016-17academic year at Emporia State University.

Over $3.5 million in scholarship funds are helping more than 1,700 Emporia State students from Kansas, 23 other states and 32 foreign countries realize their educational dreams during the 2016-17 academic year.
