Payson Maydew Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Payson Maydew of Emporia, Kan., has received the Richard W. and Inez K. Owen Scholarship, Nona Berghaus Scholarship, Lietenant Governor Gary Sherrer Leadership Scholarship, Music Benefit Scholarship, and School of Business Scholarship for the 2013-14 academic year at Emporia State University.

Scholarships are helping more than 1,300 Emporia State University students attending classes this academic year. ESU is pleased to announce that the 2013-14 allocation of scholarship awards, at $2,728,615, is helping support the educational dreams of students in Kansas, 16 other states and 14 foreign countries.
