Oakley Baldwin Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Oakley Baldwin of Madison, Kansas, received the William and Aloha Preston Accounting Scholarship, Commons Family Scholarship and Richard W. and Inez K. Owen Scholarship for the 2015-16 academic year at Emporia State University.

Over $2.53 million in scholarship funds are helping nearly 1,700 students from Kansas, 19 other states and 24 foreign countries realize their educational dreams during the 2015-16 academic year.
