Nicole Zepeda a Candidate for Undergraduate Degree at Emporia State University

Nicole Christine Zepeda of El Dorado, Kansas, was a candidate for undergraduate graduation from Emporia State University during commencement exercises May 17.

Zepeda earned a bachelor of science in nursing degree.

More than 600 students were candidates for undergraduate degrees.

Commencement speakers included Helen Van Etten of the Kansas Board of Regents. The commencement address was delivered by Ed O'Malley, president and CEO of the Kansas Leadership Center.
