Monika Markus Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Monika Markus of Newton, Kansas, received the Frank A. and Bertha R. Beach Memorial Scholarship, Presidential/Transfer Scholarship and Rosamond Hirschorn Music Scholarship for the 2016-17academic year at Emporia State University.

Over $3.5 million in scholarship funds are helping more than 1,700 Emporia State students from Kansas, 23 other states and 32 foreign countries realize their educational dreams during the 2016-17 academic year.
