Michelle Parkman graduates from Emporia State University

Hats off to the more than 1,000 candidates for May graduation at Emporia State University. Michelle Irene Parkman of Emporia, Kansas, graduated May 16 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art with a minor in Art History and a concentration in Painting and Printmaking.

Joe Bain, a member of the Kansas Board of Regents, spoke at both the baccalaureate and graduate ceremonies. Dr. Donald S. Miller, retired business professor and 2005 Roe R. Cross Distinguished Professor, addressed the baccalaureate crowd.
