Kathleen Potter a Candidate for Undergraduate Degree at Emporia State University

Kathleen Deann Potter of Emporia, Kansas, was a candidate for undergraduate graduation from Emporia State University during commencement exercises May 17.

Potter earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in art.

More than 600 students were candidates for undergraduate degrees.

Commencement speakers included Helen Van Etten of the Kansas Board of Regents. The commencement address was delivered by Ed O'Malley, president and CEO of the Kansas Leadership Center.
