Jeremy Farr Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Jeremy Farr of Lansing, Kan., has received the John Houck Oyster Scholarship, General Scholarship Fund, F. Merle Whaner Scholarship and Breidenthal Scholars Program for KCKCC Education Scholarship for the 2011-12 academic year at Emporia State University.

Scholarships are helping almost 1,400 Emporia State University students attending classes this academic year. The 2011-12 allocation of scholarship awards, at $1,836,727, is helping support the educational dreams of students in Kansas, 18 other states and 10 foreign countries.
