Janet Morgenstern candidate for graduate degree from Emporia State University

Janet Morgenstern of Baldwin City, Kan., was a candidate for a graduate degree during commencement ceremonies May 18 at Emporia State University.

Morgenstern earned a master of science degree in special education.
