Hailey Hilgendorf honored as first-year scholar at Emporia State University

Freshman Hailey Hilgendorf of Spring Hill, Kansas, was honored during the First-Year Scholars Reception on Feb. 9 at Emporia State University. The event honored more than 200 first-year students at ESU who earned a 3.5 or higher grade point average in their first semester.
