Gerri Sprecker a Candidate for Undergraduate Degree at Emporia State University

Gerri Sprecker of Americus, Kan., was a candidate for undergraduate graduation from Emporia State University during commencement exercises May 18. Sprecker earned a bachelor of science degree in rehabilitation services education with a minor in leadership.

More than 600 students were candidates for undergraduate degrees.

Commencement speakers included Tim Emert, chairman of the Kansas Board of Regents. The commencement address was delivered by Dale Cushinberry, a member of the 2012 Emporia State University Distinguished Alumni class.
