Emporia State Student-Athlete Nicole Rottinghaus Earns Academic Honors

Nicole Rottinghaus of Baileyville, Kan., earned academic honors from the MIAA conference.

Rottinghaus, who competes in women's track & field for Emporia State University, earned Academic Excellence Award having a 4.0 GPA.

Emporia State University, an NCAA Division 2 institution, competes in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association in football; volleyball, baseball, softball, women's soccer and basketball, tennis, track and field and cross country for both men and women.
