Dallas Shafer Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Dallas Shafer of Emporia, Kansas, received the Donald D. Law Scholarship, Elizabeth Ruth William Shaw Scholarship, Duane C. and Faye A. Nuessen Scholarship and Helen Dow Memorial Scholarship for the 2015-16 academic year at Emporia State University.

Over $2.53 million in scholarship funds are helping nearly 1,700 students from Kansas, 19 other states and 24 foreign countries realize their educational dreams during the 2015-16 academic year.
