Carol Spunaugle Receives Emporia State University Scholarship

Carol Spunaugle of Wichita, Kansas, received the Betty Carter Manning Scholars Fund for the 2016-17academic year at Emporia State University.

Over $3.5 million in scholarship funds are helping more than 1,700 Emporia State students from Kansas, 23 other states and 32 foreign countries realize their educational dreams during the 2016-17 academic year.
