Anthony Pence a Candidate for Undergraduate Degree at Emporia State University

Anthony James Pence of Meriden, Kansas, was a candidate for undergraduate graduation from Emporia State University during commencement exercises May 17.

Pence earned a bachelor of music education degree.

More than 600 students were candidates for undergraduate degrees.

Commencement speakers included Helen Van Etten of the Kansas Board of Regents. The commencement address was delivered by Ed O'Malley, president and CEO of the Kansas Leadership Center.
