Alejandro Mita Romero honored as first-year scholar at Emporia State University

Alejandro Mita Romero of La Paz, Bolivia, was honored during the First-Year Scholars Reception on Feb. 5 at Emporia State University. The event honored nearly 200 first-year students at ESU who earned a 3.5 or higher grade point average in their first semester.
